Our stock products can be ordered on-line using the custom menus for personalisation.

Payment and Shipping

 

For our stock products, shipping starts from £3.50 for standard UK deliveries, or you can choose to collect from our workshop.

For bespoke items and commissions, please contact us for a quote and to discuss delivery and/or intallation options.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Orders for our standard stock products can be made online through our website, with secure payment by credit or debit card, or with PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

 

We hope you will be happy with your item, however for standard stock lines, returns can be made for items in a  new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note, the customer will be responsible for all return postage costs. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items or bespoke commissions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
