Returns & Refunds
Our Commitment Every piece we make at Mungo and Co is crafted with care in our workshop in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn't right.
Standard Items If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard, non-personalised items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To arrange a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Special Orders, Commissions, Bespoke Items & Personalised Items
Under UK law, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Made-to-order items
- Commissioned pieces
- Personalised or customised products
Once work has begun on a special order, commission, or personalised item, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it has been created specifically to your requirements.
Deposits & Non-Stock Materials
Deposits paid for special, non-stock materials are non-refundable.
These materials are purchased specifically for your order and cannot be reused or resold.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Fire Surrounds & Large Items Due to their size and bespoke nature, fire surrounds and large furniture pieces are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty. Please ensure you are happy with all measurements and specifications before placing your order.
